Each kit is track-tested at the SCORE Baja 1000 and Best in the Desert series to guarantee perfect pin mapping, noise isolation, and RF range. Noise & Audio Tech

Digital DSP chips sample cockpit noise at 10 kHz and subtract harmonic engine whine in real time. VOX gates block blower whir until you speak. Each helmet kit uses 150 Ω electret mics and 32 mm Kevlar-coil speakers for hi-fi comms at 120 dB SPL.

Pro Install Tips

1. Mount the intercom on rubber isolators; torque to 3 Nm only.
2. Run coax away from EFI injector looms—cross at 90° if unavoidable.
3. Ground the radio chassis and intercom to the same star-ground point to kill alternator hum.
