Multi-density EPS pairs with Cool-Dry liners that wick sweat on 110 °F pre-runs. Shells use Kevlar or carbon-blend resins to cut weight yet keep flex margins for repeated prerun chatter bumps. Oval heads: Impact Classic, HJC i50
Round heads: Stilo ST5 GT
Intermediate: Pyrotect Prerun
Measure brow circumference; if between sizes, choose the larger shell and fine-tune with cheek pads.

Setup Hacks

1. Run 20 mm cheek pads on mic-boom side, 25 mm opposite to bring the capsule within 10 mm of lips.
2. Warm visor hinges with a heat gun for 5 s to seat O-rings—kills fog on dawn preruns.
3. Add a dust skirt if your prerunner lacks a windshield; it drops silt inhalation and mic static.
