Pro Setup Tips

1. Heat the visor hinge five seconds with a heat gun to seat the O-ring—no fogging on sunrise start.
2. Install a 30 mm cheek pad on radio-boom side and 25 mm opposite for perfect mic positioning.
3. Swap stock shield screws for our titanium kit to drop 35 g at the very top of your CG.

When to Replace

A helmet should be retired after any shell-flexing impact or five years of race duty. All models here carry production dates ≤ 24 months old, giving you a full lifecycle before the next standard update.
