Overland Gear Guy® builds purpose-designed storage and organizer solutions for rigs that go way beyond the pavement. From visor pouches that hold rally notes to seat-back MOLLE panels and modular tool bags, each piece is hand-sewn in the USA out of 1000D Cordura and built to shrug off Baja heat, Colorado snow, and Moab sandstone. Our Overland Gear Guy collection gathers their best-selling bags and panels so you can stash tools, recovery gear, and first-aid kits without cluttering the cab.
Hero Products
Seat-Back MOLLE Panel – 18″ × 24″ board with laser-cut MOLLE grid, triple map pockets, and Velcro ID strip.
Visor Organizer – Slim 11″ wrap with elastic pen loops, clear license sleeve, and hidden cash pocket.
Modular Tool Bag – Four removable zip pouches snap to a fold-out panel; perfect for sockets, bits, and electrical.
Recovery Strap Cube – 12″ padded box fits 30-ft kinetic rope and ¾-inch shackles; vented to dry muddy straps.
Cargo Shelf Bag – Hard-bottom duffel sized for fridge slides; dual HD #10 zippers and grab handles.
Built for Dirt
1000D Cordura Nylon fights punctures and fading. Mil-Spec hook-and-loop stays grippy after 10,000 cycles. HD #10 YKK zippers glide even when caked in silty dust. Every stitch uses Tex 90 bonded thread rated to 15 lb pull per strand, so seams don’t blow when you yank the bag out by a web handle.
Smart Storage Layouts
Modular panels let you move pouches from the seat-back to the cargo door in seconds. Clear PVC windows on first-aid pouches show supplies at a glance. Bright orange pull tabs mark emergency gear so anyone can find the trauma kit, even at night.

Install Tips
Attach seat-back panels with the supplied 1″ web straps; cross the bottom straps under the seat for zero sway.
Use colored zip ties on MOLLE to ID pouch categories—red for medical, blue for wiring, yellow for fluids.
Label pouches with a silver paint pen; Cordura won’t bleed like cheap canvas.
Pro-Level Hack
Mount the visor organizer upside-down on passenger sun visor; co-driver can flip it down and read pace notes without blocking the windshield.
Built Once, Used Forever
Every Overland Gear Guy product comes with a lifetime workmanship warranty and is field-reparable with common sewing awls—because the best gear is the gear you can fix trail-side.
