Each model ships HANS-ready, hydration-port compatible, and pre-molded for 32 mm speaker kits, so you can wire up and roll out with zero drilling.

Baja-Proof Engineering

Multi-density EPS absorbs both low-speed rolls and high-G rock hits, while fire-retardant Comfort-Tech liners wick sweat and self-extinguish above 700 °C. Impact’s Shell Shock coating disperses energy, and Stilo’s floating ear-cup system drops cockpit noise 3 dB at 100 mph. All shields are hard-coated polycarbonate with anti-fog inner film, so dust and humidity never cloud your view.

Speaker pockets, boom-mic grommets, and hydration flats come molded into every shell. Add our helmet wiring kits, hydration ports, and custom cheek pads for a turnkey cockpit setup.

Sizing & Fit

Oval heads: Impact Air Draft, HJC DS-X1
Round heads: Stilo ST5.1, Pyrotect ProAirflow
Intermediate: PCI Carbon SXS
Measure brow circumference; if between sizes, choose the larger shell and fine-tune with pad thickness.

Setup Tips

1. Warm visor hinges for 5 s with a heat gun to seat O-rings—kills fog before dawn starts.
2. Run asymmetric cheek pads (thicker on mic side) to position the boom ≤ 10 mm from lips.
3. Swap visor screws for titanium to drop 35 g at helmet CG and cut neck fatigue.

Service Life

Retire any helmet after a major impact or five seasons of racing. All stock here is stamped within the last 24 months, giving you a full lifecycle before the next standards update.
