1. Purchase the do-it-yourself impression kit, or visit your local Otolaryngologists or Audiologists (Ear Doctor or hearing aid center) to get molds of your ears.
2. Send the impressions into PCI and we will get custom ear molds made that plug into our Helmets wired for Ear Jacks. Turnaround time for custom ear molds is approximately 3 weeks after we receive your impressions. If impressions are not received by PCI after 90 days, we will cancel and refund this item from your order.
