Great that we can replace the Velcro strap without replacing the complete headset. PCI is the best!

excellent

We bought our original head phones over 2 years ago. We use them on average about 4X a week. They held up a lot longer than I figured they would. Being in AZ our summers are a bit warm, and the way they lasted encouraged me to buy them again.
