Each component is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum or high-impact glass-filled nylon, hard-anodized or powder-coated, and tested for 150 lb pull-out so nothing goes airborne when the rear end swaps in the whoops.

Install Tips
- Apply blue Loctite to faceplate screws; red only on set-screws you never intend to remove.
- Ground radio and intercom chassis to the same star ground to prevent alternator hum.
- Route antenna coax away from injector harnesses—cross at 90 ° if necessary.
